SCULPTING PROCESS

Building the technology pipeline involved training generative artificial intelligence specifically using the new Godzilla image customization to create the sculpted silhouette of the robot chair. This complex process seamlessly combines depth maps with generative artificial intelligence, transforming them into sculptural figures for use on the chair. The aim is to explore the application of robotics in the precise manufacture of unconventional furniture geometries. The resulting graphics serve as the basis for creating toolpaths, utilizing tools such as Grasshopper, Stable Diffusion AI, and depth estimation AI such as MIDAS. To bring this project to fruition, ZBrush was used as the volumetric modeling tool. The overall goal is to achieve precision and innovation in non-traditional furniture carving through the integration of generative artificial intelligence, robotics, and advanced modeling tools
